Kotoku-in temple

It is a Buddhist temple of the pure Earth sect, located in Kamamura. The temple is famous for the Big Buddha, a momumental bronze statue of Amida Buddha, one of the most famous icon of Japan.

Hase-dera temple

It is one of the Buddhist temples in Kamakura, famous for housing a wooden statue of Kannon. The temple originally belonged to the Tendai sect of Buddhism, but eventually became an independent temple of the Jodo-shu.
