It is a Jodo-shu Buddhist temple in Tokyo. It is the main temple of the Jodo-shu ("Pure Land") Chinzei Buddhist sect in the Kanto region. Next to the Tokyo Tower, the temple park consist of some impressive structures, a mausoleum of the Tokugawa family and a small museum.
